1. Digital Products Final Sale

All purchases of digital templates from Excel Nest are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions Technical Issues

We understand that technical problems can sometimes occur. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • Corrupted or Unusable File: If the template file is corrupted or fails to open.

To request support or a refund, you must:

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
